We had the family over for my grandmother's 88th birthday. We kept it pretty simple by ordering pizza since my brother and sister-in-law were in town and my brother misses St. Louis style pizza. In addition to the salad, pizza, wings, 2-types of garlic bread (1 with cheese, one without), there was dessert. In keeping with the pizza theme I made a chocolate pizza. OH.MY.GOD this was good. I must admit I was hesitant that it wouldn't turn out as well as it did because I had a h-e-l-l of a time rolling the dough and it ended up being a thicker crust than I desired. I'm sure it would have been just as good with a thiner crust but if you make this and have as hard of a time as I was then no worries - it'll still be fantastic!

* This is such a versatile recipe that can be transformed to whatever you're feeling like. I'm thinking next time I may try a s'mores pizza or a cookies 'n cream pizza!
