I finally made Ashlee's sugar cookies and Katie always raves about in her adorable cookie posts. These were excellent but next time I make them I'll make one minor adjustment - a little less lemon zest. Either I used too much to begin with (very possible as I just eyeballed it) or it's just too much for my non-lemon fan of a husband. However, I loved them and will definitely make them again. Now, all I need to do is learn how to decorate better!
