This spring is so hectic and I've let a lot of stuff slide and as I've said numerous times before - my menu planning is one of the things sliding. Anyway, I'm going to try, starting this week, to make at least one new recipe a week and blog about it. I would love to do more but I think one a week is still pretty good given how busy I am and how often we're not home for dinner. Anyway, here is my menu for this week...
S: Chicken Tenders and Mac - not planned but after a looong weekend we just needed easy
M: Chicken with Proscuitto and Provel Cheese, Green Beans (see link for info on the best cheese in the world!!)
T: Cinco de Mayo - Chicken Quesadilla's and Mexican Rice (DH is sick so heavy Mexican probably isn't too great for him right now)
W: Pork Chops Milanese and Green Beans (not a new recipe but just realized I've never blogged it)
R: Baked Pasta Casserole with Chicken (will be my weekly new recipe)
